    The LabelHub Return Policy

    Due to the custom nature of our work, all orders are final once you have approved the product label proofs. No changes of any kind can be made once approval is given. The LabelHub cannot accept any responsibility for erroneous content, colors, quantities, materials, or any other factor unless errors in the production process adversely affected the final results. If you have inadvertently made a mistake in your order and the results are not to your needs, we will devote our best efforts to minimizing the cost and inconvenience of any re-runs required.

    Should you have any problems with your order, please click on the Returns tab on our homepage. All you need to do is include your information, order number and comments regarding your order on this form and we will get back to you quickly. 

    At The LabelHub getting your order right is very important to us.  If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving our labels by filling out our quick and easy form in the Returns tab of our home page. There is no need to send us back your order. 

    We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.

     In some cases we will need your help to find out what went wrong with your order. We may request further instructions and/or request a photo prior to reproducing your order. We will never ask you to send back products before we reproduce a damaged or misprinted order.

    If for any reason we are unable to reproduce your order to your full satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund.

     Lost Orders, Delayed Orders, or Damaged Orders
    At The LabelHub we take pride in providing you with great service and fast delivery of your labels. However, certain situations may arise that may be slightly out of our control and we will not charge you for these issues. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged, late or was lost in shipment.
