What Information do we collect?

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. The information collected is used solely for the purposes of communication between you and us, and only in specific reference to any queries or orders you may place.
Opt Out
We may occasionally email registered users with information or special offers – but you can opt out of such communications at any time by sending us an email. All such emails also have an Opt Out link included in the footer.
How do we share your information?
We do not share your information with any person or entity outside our Site unless it is specifically essential to the processing of an order or request from you. For example, your name and address would obviously be made available to UPS for delivery purposes – but the only information shared is the bare minimum needed to satisfy that need.
We do not share, sell, or make available any of your information to any party not specifically involved in the creation and delivery of your labels.
How do we use cookies, web beacons, and tracking technologies?
Our Site website does not use any tracking technology, other than that provided by such external services as Google Analytics to monitor traffic patterns. Cookies may be used to store your login information (to make it simpler for you to login next time you visit) – but go ahead and clear those cookies if they bother you.
How do we protect your information?
Any customer information collected in the normal course of business is kept in our secure web server and our internal systems – which are accessible only by appropriate staff with privileged access. Please note that no credit card information is stored anywhere other than the external servers managed by our merchant gateway.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The LabelHub, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees. The LabelHub offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Artwork rights
You warrant that any materials that you submit to us for printing (the “Materials”) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights, of any third party. You also agree to indemnify The LabelHub, its owners, employees, affiliates, successors and assigns, and hold it harmless as to any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or resulting from claims that the Materials infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. We accept no liability or responsibility for any copyright infringements within the artwork you send us.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The LabelHub accepts no liability for any ancillary damages incurred by you (the customer) for any printing errors, regardless of fault, beyond replacement of the erroneous labels.
Right of Refusal
The LabelHub does not condone or endorse the content or expressions of labels submitted and printed and disclaims any and all liability in connection to these orders received. The LabelHub reserves the right entirely at our sole discretion to deny or cancel any orders submitted to us, through this website or otherwise, without giving a reason for doing so.
We value self-expression and freedom of speech. However, we will not print content promotion violence, hatred or hate speech against any individuals, groups or corporations.
Product Label Proofing
All product label jobs at The LabelHub are produced specifically to your individual requirements. Accordingly, we insist on every job being “proofed” for your explicit approval before going into production. Due to the broad differences in technology used by computers and monitors, electronic proofs are not a reliable indication of colors produced by our digital printing presses, and such proofs should only be used to check for content and layout (not color). Your approval of an electronic product label proof absolves us of any liability for color differences unless it can be shown to be a production error outside the normal range of professional print quality.
Due to the custom nature of our work, all orders are final once you have approved the product label proofs. No changes of any kind can be made once approval is given. The LabelHub cannot accept any responsibility for erroneous content, colors, quantities, materials, or any other factor unless errors in the production process adversely affected the final results. If you have inadvertently made a mistake in your order and the results are not to your needs, we will devote our best efforts to minimizing the cost and inconvenience of any re-runs required.

Printed Orders
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Additionally, in no case shall The LabelHub, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products/labels procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility, beyond replacement of the erroneous labels. Because some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The LabelHub and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
